SSM, a Gold certified member of the Microsoft Partner Network, has adopted the latest Microsoft tools for development, and database hosting and querying. SSM is leveraging the latest Azure monitoring tools to track the performance of hosted resources and the response times of middleware APIs, and has been utilizing those findings to identify code optimization opportunities. SSM has internal controls to assure 99.99-percent system uptime and data loss prevention, alleviating client concerns that stem from cloud provider downtimes. The team achieves this by running disaster recovery or business continuity tests using Azure’s periodic backup and failover technology.

To keep up to date with software security, SSM uses Azure Security Monitoring services and Active Directory solution to provide security permissions within its APIs to distinguish between data points that are accessed/retained. For data privacy specifically, the SSM software is built so that it can accommodate a customer’s request for their data to be anonymized in the system.

SSM stands out for its well defined data conversion process that ensures a seamless migration from a client’s legacy system to the SSM software.
