While Cambay was pursuing this journey as a Microsoft Gold Partner across several competencies, Steven Joel Jacobowitz joined the organization in July 2021, as the Head of Cambay’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution practice. With more than 25 years of experience enabling customers through CRM solutions, Steven proved to be Cambay’s transformation driver. Starting off with building the CRM team in no time, Steven was eventually promoted to Executive Vice President and then President of complete business unit. Steven consolidation the company’s operations between US & India alongside streamlining key support functions like HR Human Resource, IT, Sales & Marketing.

Today Cambay Project Solutions is no longer an organization that only focuses on selling technology products.
It is a company that now embraces their customer’s needs before deciding the right technology and proposing the solution. Customer relationship and partnership along with Employee Satisfaction are Cambay’s core values today. The company is helping customers transform in the following ways
