For instance, a leading real estate holding company was facing problems in their financial reporting system, which in turn was resulting in time consumption. After contacting HPSI, the ERP team implemented a Microsoft Dynamics SL solution, re-designed the chart of accounts, and added additional internal controls that improved the accounting workflow process. The system, which used to take 2 weeks and 14 people to perform the operation, currently takes 3 days, with 2 people to do the same work. HPSI also implemented Dynamics CRM Online that helped the sales team to overcome manual process and problems with the follow up issues they had with prospects and customer.
